The Challenge Rabbie's Tours were introduced to Glide's Business Development Director, Dominic Tancock, through the relationship both companies have with Visit West. We set up an online meeting to discuss what they were aiming to achieve with their current print brochure, a large A4 brochure.
"It became clear very early on that the exposure to the market place would be challenging with print in the current format, so we proposed an effective new way of promoting the tours through print media using Glide's QR codes", says Dom.

"We initially approached Glide with the idea of printing and distributing additional A4 brochures. However, the size and format of these brochures made them difficult to display in key locations, and the production costs were high. Dominic recognised this challenge immediately and worked with us to find a more efficient and innovative solution. He proposed switching to smaller, area-specific QR cards - a suggestion that not only streamlined the printing process but also linked the physical cards with our online resources.
